A Cistus selection from material originally collected by Eric Hammond, to miniature tree form and an eventual 12-15 feet, a compact stature and handsome evergreen trifoliate leaves. Spring and summer chartreuse flowers followed by black fruit in Autumn. Even summer moisture and out of wind in coldest zones and benefitting from afternoon shade in hot locations. Frost hardy to USDA zone 7.
