Summer flowers – sedge-like, tiny and green – contrast with variegated foliage. Easy in the garden, they enjoy sun or part shade in the hottest places and moist soils, even tolerating boggy conditions or standing water to 3″ deep. Should not be allowed to dry out. Evergreen in USDA zone 8 and root hardy to -20F, zone 5.
