Growing Instructions:
Sow seed 2.5cm (1in) deep and 10cm (4in) apart in rows spaced 45cm (18in) apart in successive crops every 2 weeks from Spring to Summer. Plants do best in a sunny site with well-drained soil. Keep evenly watered for best growth.
Harvesting Instructions:
Remove outer leaves first by cutting at the base of the stem and work towards the center. Harvest regularly for a continuous supply of tender new growth.
