Ruta graveolens

Beautiful, hardy, evergreen perennial with bluish leaves, yellow blossoms, growing 2-3ft. tall, a native to the Balkan Peninsula. Great in rock gardens and as a companion plant in organic gardens. Medicinally used for coughs and colds, inducing menses, a mild stomachic, rheumatism, internal parasites, and a bitter spice. Also known as “Herb-of-grace”.
