One of the delightful “cobwebby” hens and chicks, this with particularly large, gray-green rosettes covered with webs of white hairs. A prolific species, quickly forming mats, to 8″ wide, of tidy rosettes for the rock garden, for tucking into rock walls, any well drained spot in sun to light shade where summer water is provided occasionally. Also does well in containers. Frost hardy in USDA zone 5.
