This evergreen, mop-headed Western Red Cedar produces long, glossy tendrils for branches which have a fountain-like look (or perhaps fireworks, you decide.) Green in summer, the foliage turns to bronze in winter, making for a striking display. Sun to partial shade. Eventually to 4 feet high and wide. Hardy to USDA zone 5.
